Academic success coaches
We combine strong academic support with a positive, encouraging environment for both students and our team.
Our Student Success Coaches are supported every step of the way - you’re not expected to create lessons from scratch or figure things out on your own.
We provide structured, curriculum-aligned materials and session guidance developed by an Ontario Certified Teacher (our Curriculum Coordinator), so you can focus on what matters most:

👉 developing your own skillset as an academic coach

You may be eligible for a 10% monthly performance bonus when you:
Show up on time and fully prepared for all scheduled sessions
Maintain positive feedback from students and families
Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions
Bonus eligibility is based on overall performance and consistency, at the discretion of the Company.
