Born and raised in Prince Edward County, the Lead Tutor and Curriculum Coordinator at Lighthouse Tutoring, Nolan Steen, brings a deep commitment to educational excellence. Holds a Concurrent Education degree from Queen’s University and is OCT certified, Nolan combines academic training with hands-on experience to support students across a wide range of subjects and grade levels.
As Curriculum Coordinator, Nolan ensures that every tutoring session aligns with the Ontario curriculum while also being personalized to each student’s unique learning needs. He mentors our tutoring team, develops custom learning plans, and plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency that set Lighthouse Tutoring apart. Nolan’s dedication to helping students succeed continues to make a meaningful impact throughout the region.
Marley McFaul
Born and raised in Prince Edward County, Marley McFaul holds a degree in Business and Marketing from Athabasca University and is a driving force behind the growth and day-to-day operations of Lighthouse Tutoring.
With a strong background in marketing, organization, and communication, she manages scheduling, leads consultations with families, and recruits new talent for the tutoring team. Marley works closely with parents and caregivers to understand each student’s needs and create a personalized plan from the very first conversation. You’ll often find her capturing photos and videos around the office, bringing the Lighthouse brand to life, or connecting with the community. Passionate about both people and creativity, she’s dedicated to building a supportive, high-quality experience for every family that walks through the door.
