Nolan Steen
Born and raised in Prince Edward County, the Lead Tutor and Curriculum Coordinator at Lighthouse Tutoring, Nolan Steen, brings a deep commitment to educational excellence. Currently pursuing his Concurrent Education degree at Queen’s University, Nolan combines academic training with hands-on experience to support students across a wide range of subjects and grade levels.
As Curriculum Coordinator, Nolan ensures that every tutoring session aligns with the Ontario curriculum while also being personalized to each student’s unique learning needs. He mentors our tutoring team, develops custom learning plans, and plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency that set Lighthouse Tutoring apart. Nolan’s dedication to helping students succeed continues to make a meaningful impact throughout the Bay of Quinte region.
Marley McFaul
Born and raised in Prince Edward County, Marley McFaul is a graduate of Loyalist College’s Marketing & Advertising Communications program and the creative force behind Lighthouse Tutoring’s brand and outreach.
With a strong background in design, social media management, and communication, she leads marketing efforts to connect with families who could benefit from personalized academic support. Marley works directly with parents and caregivers to match students with the right tutors and ensure a seamless, supportive experience from the very first interaction. Often the face of Lighthouse at community events, she’s passionate about building relationships, growing the business, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of local families.
