What sets us apart is our commitment to the Ontario Curriculum. While many tutoring services rely on their own branded worksheets to track progress, our sessions are built directly around what students are learning in school. With a certified teacher and curriculum coordinator guiding our team, we ensure that every tutor is using materials aligned with the curriculum - so each session is relevant, consistent, and truly supports classroom success.
Marley McFaul is the CEO and Founder of Lighthouse Tutoring. She handles all marketing and communications, making her the primary point of contact on social media and via email. Marley holds a diploma in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Loyalist College and is pursuing a BA in Marketing from Athabasca University.
We have four locations, each surrounded by great local spots to enjoy before or after sessions:
7 Paul Street, Picton: Located in the same building as the golf simulator, and right behind the bookstore and Miss Lily’s Café - with plenty of food options nearby.
49 Millennium Parkway, Belleville: Just minutes from Walmart, Reid’s Dairy, No Frills, the Quinte Mall, and more.
8 Mill Street, Stirling: Steps away from the Stirling bookstore, Rustic Routes, Farm Girl Café, Foodland, and other local favourites.
117 John Street, Napanee: Located directly above the Touch of Wellness Spa, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of shops and services nearby.
Yes, community involvement is a core value at Lighthouse. We’re happy to consider sponsorship requests for sports teams, clubs, or other community initiatives. We have sponsored many local soccer and hockey teams, and have also volunteered our time to other initiatives such as McHappy Day. Please reach out to discuss how we might support your cause.
